ABOUT THE COACH
Maren Donata Urschel

I strongly believe that self-awareness is
at the heart of coaching. I am purposeful, pragmatic, analytical,
clear and direct while showing great warmth and empathy. I
always look at the person behind the “issue” as
I believe that this is where change happens. I do not tell,
advise or influence as I believe you can only achieve sustainable
change if the insight is yours rather than mine.
Through my experience as a musician and of working with senior executives globally I bring a unique understanding of both worlds – the world of
the arts and the world of business. I enjoy coaching executives and people with a creative background through their desired change by enabling them to find and trust in their unique strengths while being grounded in the reality of the situation and systems they operate in.
I am multi-lingual (English/German fluent, Italian advanced). I live in Berlin (Germany).
